AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
Context imports are treated as untrusted source material and sent to Google AI services only to prepare reviewable memory suggestions. Suggestions do not become active KIT memory until you approve them. Imported source text is encrypted while stored. Unless you explicitly choose to retain it, the raw source is deleted after successful analysis and any unresolved temporary source automatically expires after seven days. Approved memories remain separately manageable even if the source is removed.
Essential storage is used to keep the Service secure and functional. Optional analytics and advertising storage follows the choices made in our consent manager. Google consent-state signals and limited cookieless measurement may be sent before optional consent; advertising pixels are not loaded unless advertising consent is granted.
After analytics consent, Foksify may create a random first-party journey reference and store only a one-way digest of its browser token. If the same consenting browser later signs in or creates an account, that journey may be linked to the internal account identifier for first-party acquisition and product measurement. The analytics identity record contains no email, message content, raw click identifier, IP address, or precise location. Rejecting or withdrawing optional analytics consent does not create a new journey, clears the optional journey cookie, and is not retroactively stitched to a later account.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data to processors described above, professional advisers under confidentiality, authorities where legally required, or a successor as part of a legitimate business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.

We keep account and product data for as long as needed to operate your account and provide the Service. AI conversations, approved memory, persona inputs, uploads, and derived analyses are retained until deleted through available controls, your account is removed, or they are no longer needed. Context-import source text follows the shorter controls described above. Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained longer where required. Backups are overwritten according to their normal retention cycle.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

We use access controls, protected infrastructure, transport encryption, and operational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Foksify is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the Service to children.
