Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 4 August 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Foksify uses cookies. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies and similar browser storage can keep the Service secure, remember a choice, or—when permitted—support measurement. A cookie identifier is pseudonymous rather than inherently anonymous.

3. Why We Use Them

  • Keep you logged in
  • Remember preferences
  • Measure consented product and landing-page use
  • Ensure functionality/security

4. Types

  • Essential: Necessary for functioning (e.g., login). Cannot be disabled.
  • Functional: Enhanced features and preferences.
  • Analytics: Optional pseudonymous journey and aggregate usage reporting after consent.
  • Advertising: Optional advertising measurement and pixels only after the corresponding consent.
  • Third-Party: Consent-aware Google measurement and, when permitted, configured Meta, TikTok, or Snap measurement tools. Stripe uses necessary checkout and payment mechanisms separately.

5. Consent & Choices

Essential: No consent required.
Non-Essential: We ask for consent. You can manage preferences anytime through Cookie settings.

After analytics consent, Foksify can place an opaque first-party journey cookie for up to 90 days. The raw token is not stored in the database. If you later authenticate in the same consenting browser, the journey may be linked to the internal account identifier for first-party measurement. Withdrawing analytics consent clears the optional journey cookie and stops future browser product-event collection.

6. Browser Controls

Manage cookies via Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge settings. Disabling essential cookies may break features.

7. Retention

Session cookies delete on close. Persistent cookies remain until their configured expiry, deletion, or withdrawal action. The optional Foksify journey cookie is configured for up to 90 days. Necessary account and security storage follows the account and security retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.

8. International

Data may be transferred outside EEA with safeguards.

9. Updates

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified.

10. Your Rights

Right to be informed, object, withdraw consent, and complain to authorities.
